Just because you are free to say whatever you want, doesn't always mean you should. Yes, all rights require responsibility. Also, people are free to say stupid or cruel things, they can not expect being above criticism when they are called out.
I think one reason I don't want to do the standard social media thing, is my tendency to react and then think, instead of the other way around. I can easily imagine being one of those people who have to scrub their online history, after saying something stupid or cruel. Preemptive strike
