Covid makes very little impact on my life. I hardly ever go out apart from work. Have no family outside of my immediate. We enjoy looking forward to Christmas but it usually falls flat on its arse. And most of the Xmas bullshit gets on my nerves. Apart from that I love it.  |

Given that covid has hit my stepsister, I am guessing a Christmas gettogether is not going to happen. I guess I'll just have to miss out on my five nieces and nephews, all four years or younger, screaming at the top of their lungs and banging on the piano, kind of like a Jerry Lee Lewis show sans incest.

That is a boatload of really young kids! I would be doing the OH YEAH Happy Dance, drop off gift cards if appropriate and not answer my phone in case wellness is proclaimed. My granddaughter can do a high pitched squeal that hurts my ears. Glad neither of my kids did that stuff. Hope your Step Sister gets healthy soon. |

Well we are in a bit of a mess here with rates going up. Rules relaxed for Christmas then a possible re-think. London on increased restrictions like most the rest of us. They aren't happy because London is a country within a country. The Brexit trade deal is far from oven-ready. In fact they haven't even caught the chicken yet. Schools closed then opened again. Unemployment gaining pace and the virus mutating. Who would have thought? Merry Christmas 🎄
