Are you in a rut, don? I'm so sorry, darling! Maybe you need to get outside more and take in the beauty of nature. Are you eating a healthy diet? Health and happiness comes from the inside out, you know. Perhaps you need to more intentionally practice gratitude. Try writing down three things you're grateful for each day. See if that helps. Or you could try singing some sea shanties. Loudly and lustily! It's very cathartic. Always works for me.
