Is this your yard? Or is this it? What a fine poem from WCW!

Is this your yard? Â Or is this it? What a fine poem from WCW! My back garden is my sanctuary. The poem is pure. I wish I was.

I would have expected a WCW reference by Don to involve pro wrestling instead of poetry.

My back garden is my sanctuary. The poem is pure. I wish I was. I know this about your yard space. I felt the same way about mine. (I should go to the Arboretum.) I agree about the purity of the poem. Go sit in your garden and recite the poem a few times. Rebuild the purity stash within yourself. If it is raining not too hard, put on your weather gear with a good protective hood. Maybe don't stay so long, but just absorb the pureness. We are sponges...we can soak up relief just as easily as we can soak up things that harm us. Carl Sandburg's "Fog" is the same for me-I learned it as a child and I lived in a place where the fog did a lot of creeping inland from the Pacific Ocean. We lived about a mile away and you could watch it creep in...wisps that got thicker and thicker until everything around you was consumed and there was a very lovely, quiet peace. You gave me a gift, donavan...I just felt that lovely, quiet peace once again. Thank you.

E can put tragic lyrics with such beautiful or positive music, and he can also switch it up and do the vice versa... E can also touch your heart in a hauntingly eloquent way that echoes within your own memories of life experiences.

Are you warm, are you real, Mona Lisa? Or just a cold and lonely lovely work of art?
