Looking forward to The Who SDE of Who's Next. Also Big Express in the expanded series that's been good on. I picked up Ivan, the Men Without Hats frontman solo album of the late 90s.

The Who played at a rugby ground not too far from where I live, last weekend. Tickets were between £70 and £100. The place was more than half empty. Greedy pensioners. And it pissed it down. So the people sat on the pitch went indoors to the bars. They played to an almost empty small stadium. Who are you?

Wow considering what I'm used to seeing for concert ticket prices that's pretty reasonable at least on a relative scale. Last I saw them was for the 50th anniversary tour had I infinite funds I would happily see them again but that is not the case.

The people of the deprived North West of England voted with their feet. Just because ticket prices are crazy these days doesn't justify a £100 ticket fee. After all they were playing at an obscure small venue. Not for the fans but because nobody is interested in them anymore. Apart from the oldies. There was a 75,000 capacity arena 20 miles away. But they had no chance of selling that out. The kids are alright but the kids don't give a shit about The Who.
