A truly beautiful song written by Lee Mallory performed and produced with Curt Boettcher . It's in my top 10.

The lighter side of Iron Butterfly. When I saw them in Vegas in 1969, they lit the stage on fire to avoid playing an encore. Luckily the venue was an ice skating rink with boards over the frozen part, so it wasn't a catastrophe. The sound was terrible, but it was the place with the most rock shows, saw many classic shows there. The Ice Palace.

Super kick ass that you got to see them in their peak era. How was it? That's crazy about the fire. I remember seeing the already in progress idiocy at a Tom Petty show of all times, where at a nearby parking lot some moron had somehow set a tree ablaze.

Has anyone else ever done, "Dark Side of the Rainbow", syncing Pink Floyd's DSOTM with The Wizard of Oz (I think it's to the 2nd or 3rd lions roar of the MGM lion)? I did it long time ago. I know the band said its coincidental, but it does seem to oddly match with lyrics etc what's going on screen a number of times.

I remember seeing the already in progress idiocy at a Tom Petty show of all times, where at a nearby parking lot some moron had somehow set a tree ablaze. Jimi Hendrix started it at Monterey. Other shows at the IP: The Doors, Canned heat, Vanilla Fudge (meh), Lee Michaels, Eric Burdon and War, Grateful Dead with Santana ( After this show I had seen the Dead twice, and I still could not figure what they were doing. Santana blew me away, this was 68 before their first album or Woodstock.) Vegas being close to LA, had a lot of bands playing there on the way there, or back out on the road. Other venues in town jumped into the concert scene. I saw Steppemwolf, Jethro Tull (Benefit tour) Spirit, Country Joe and the Fish, The Youngbloods. I'm sure a few I'm forgetting.
Correction, it was 1969 not 68.

I think Andy sampled the foghorns on this one for Little Lighthouse. Very atmospheric and lovely. In a few years Miller was a big pop star and I much preferred his early stuff.

My attention span didn't get me through it all. It had its moments. Screaming witch etc.
