Also known as MiMeMu for short, this is a post artworks that you enjoy. They can be silly, serious, original--whatever you like. And with any luck, the ghost of Miles will post some of his works.

It's funny, but now I'm putting work into the catalogue of the Visionary Art show. It's at an "Art Center" as opposed to museum, but close enough. My written bits are finished (brief descriptions of the pieces included, a bio and a paragraph about my POV of the movement.) Now I am consolidating various bios of my late friend Geoffrey Chandler, into one that fits the word limit. He has one of his major paintings from his "Infinity" series in the show, lent by his sister. I wrote his obit for the San Francisco Chronicle, some of which I will cannibalize.

Serious question, what's the difference between an art center and art museum? I'm only familiar with having at least knowingly been to places called art museums.

Oh, cool, miles! You've got this! You may not even have to cannibalize any prior things you have written-is your perspective on things much different than when you wrote your friend Geoffrey Chandler's obit?

Serious question, what's the difference between an art center and art museum? I'm only familiar with having at least knowingly been to places called art museums. I do not know, Blue. I love going to The Huntington Library, Art Museum and Botanical Gardens. It is called The Huntington by everyone I know that goes there. When I think of Centers, I think of places you can create, perform or exhibit art. L.A has The Music Center-it is for Performing Arts in Downtown Los Angeles-several different buildings. The Natural History Museum had an exhibition in 1986 of Gary Larson's Far Side Cartoons. "The Far Side of Science" is what it was named. Maybe which it is can be determined by either square footage or parking lot size. Even possibly by how much it costs to park. It's all good to me.

But you can't plant flowers if you haven't botany.

Perhaps we should branch out pun-wise?
