I've always enjoyed the Final Fantasy series, with Final Fantasy VI getting my nod for the best of the lot.
Were you named after anybody (I was named after the best man at my parents' wedding, and no, his name isn't Introvertigo)?

I'm named after both my maternal and paternal grandmother (who by coincidence had the same first name) and my middle name (by which I am called) is after my maternal great grandmother.

Extroverts tend to make me dizzy, and not in a good way like Tommy Roe suggested.
And Suzi's post reminded me that my middle name was my mom's maiden name. How could I forget that?
Worst car you've ever owned?

And Suzi's post reminded me that my middle name was my mom's maiden name. How could I forget that? i have the same full name as my father, whose middle name was his mother's maiden name. Worst car you've ever owned? we have driven a few beasts into the ground over the years. perhaps the worst was a '79 chevette that was originally a gift to ms. cicadashell from her parents, on the pccasion of her first teaching job. that car took us many places, but by the end it was virtually undrivable. floor rusted out on the driver's side, for example, so i fitted a plywood replacement. needless to say it was my car by that time, she drove something far more roadworthy. if someone were to give you a new car of your choosing, what would you choose?

A VW Jetta Wagon - my dream car. I have small dreams and I've been without a vehicle for the past 13 years.
If you have researched your geneology, how far back in time and place have you been able to track your ancestors?
edited to change passat to jetta - my error. it's been so long since i've owned a car i don't even know what's what anymore (insert embarrassed smiley face here)

My mom had a family tree that she researched back to the 1300s, I think (probably easy given that nobody in my family throws anything away ever), going back through Ireland, Scotland, England, and finally the Netherlands. I haven't seen the tree in awhile, so I wonder if my aunt wound up with it after my mom died. And given I am known for being extremely irresponsible with documents (car titles, insurance forms, my birth certificate), that would be just as well.
Are you fluent in any languages other than English (although to be fair, I've been told I barely speak English)?

Well yes, but I'm still coming home in the dark.
Do you still play any sport? I'm just about to have a game of darts.

I play golf once a week when the weather permits, although I'm not particularly good.
How many hours of sleep do you usually get each day?

Seven to eight hours a night is the norm. Any less and I've no energy the following day, any more and it's pretty much the same.
What is the farthest you've walked, either by choice or circumstance?

As for walking, at school we used to go on canal walks (kennet and avon). On one occassion we wlaked 18 miles in one day What things bug you
