This is more a choir and a band owning the stage together...Barton Hills Choir performing with The Flaming Lips in Austin, TX. My sister who had a child in this choir for a couple years before this recording happened sent me videos via cell phone. It's pretty cool that this type of thing happens, I think. The Barton Hills Choir has its own YouTube address.

The local school district caused problems for the record store I worked in when this single was released. A whole lot of kids had been in ruining our average ring by buying singles individually.

The Closing of the Year - that part of the movie Toys that people still remember. Somehow, I missed this, Ned! My kids and I love the film Toys-the story and the music. I didn't know this song had any popularity among the general public. I bought the soundtrack on cassette and we'd play it on my Sony portable CD player in my VW Vanagon. (Had to get a special cassette converter deal to do it.) Thanks for posting it!

You'll have to listen until the end to catch the choir.
