Yes. I went to the zoo and I saw a lone lion licking his balls...Has he no pride?

We went out to eat for the first time since March of 2020. Both well past our 2nd shots. All the outdoor seating was full so we sat inside. It felt weird but enjoyable. I did that with some friends a week ago, to a place I'd heard of but never had been to dine. It was a major cluster bleep and so I was in the danger zone waiting for food for what seemed forever. I felt uncomfortable, but everyone else was at ease. Exceptions were some angry small dogs, but the big dogs were their usual selves-all wagging and smiling. I guess that you can bring your dogs to the outside patio. Food was good. Company was better. I am looking forward to sitting down indoors someday with a quieter group of diners.

I had a situation like this a bit back when I went into a bakery and they were abysmal with managing the social distance spacing in the line. It was awkward and uncomfortable, but the food was good. I ate nearly an entire large box of French macaroons in one go. The waiting in line part sounds like both this experience and the one you described were a bit of a Pizdyetz if I'm using one of our newfound favorite words correctly.

The waiting in line part sounds like both this experience and the one you described were a bit of a Pizdyetz if I'm using one of our newfound favorite words correctly. Cluster Pizdyetz, for sure. I have a nice, tiny bakery near my home. A very hardworking couple own it, and they have a few helpers. They put up a barrier that went in a square in the middle of the shop space (there already is no place to dine inside) and require masks. But there are delicious and not fancy delicacies! They were closed for awhile and I found out they had been available for phone orders. Then, they started limited hours and I need to figure out a way not to buy a lot of deliciousness and not eat it all right away. I have no problem with someone eating the entire large box of macaroons in one go, bluedemon25 . They're pretty small.

Right? Small enough to go oh so quickly. Especially with flavored like lavender, birthday cake, strawberry rhubarb, and rose.

To be honest I didn't go to the zoo, I was lion. I think this makes me feel extra proud to belong to this group which has such a person in it.

Second shot for me at the end of August. The kids, mid-September. Everyone deserves a second shot. Just think on next time. But remember. Three strikes and you are out, yeah?

Second shot for me at the end of August. The kids, mid-September. Sorry it is such a long wait. Hope you are not all still cooped up in your domicile. Thanks, Miles. We're Code Yellow as of this weekend, which means that small gatherings between two households will be allowed. Some restaurants will allow a few customers to dine inside. But we're being careful and don't really intend to mix with others until everyone's had their second shot. So another three or four months of cooped-upness it is...
