First of all, we, meaning the masses, are not taking back control by leaving. We never had control in the first place and never will. We are just deciding who has control over us. By leaving we are taking away things like European Employment rights that safeguard us all. And we will be handing that legislation to Boris Johnson who will rip it up in front of us. Whilst we cheer and chant 'Get Brexit Done' not realising we are the ones getting done. Ever feel like you've been cheated? Ha ha.

It is weird, or maybe it's not, that figures like Rotten and Morrisy have shown themselves to be right wingers via brexit. Joe Stummer is still dead.

Both now live in the USA. Sorry about that. But please be nice to them to make sure they stay there.

I've seen or read interviews with Rotten, and my impression was he never meant a word he said, just spouts whatever inflammatory drivel blows through his head. I did like PIL however.

Even Mark E Smith ended up voting Tory. The absurdity of it makes my head explode. Is this an example of "You become what you hate?"

Will Boris allow the report about Russian money and influence in the Leave referendum to be published before the bloody deed is done? Oops too late, but not to worry and pass the caviar.

Now I'm reading that the Tories will follow up on the promises they made about investing in the north of England. At least they are keeping the lie going after the election. More than they did after the favourable for them failed Scotland independence vote. Said then that trusting the Tories would be a let down.....Oops you did it again.

Just like here, when the downturn returns, all those extravagances like health care, housing and retirement will need to be sacrificed for the good of maintaining billionaires in the manner they are accustomed.
The stock market is not the US, those few holding the lion share are benefiting. Where I live, housing costs way too much for the standard wage, even with some increases the Democrats pushed through in Oregon..

In politics there is a knighthood for former Conservative Party leader Iain Duncan Smith.
I give up.

Over here, war criminals are pardoned and brought up on stage to applause. We are living in the Bizzaro World.
