Not going too well this little old thread, is it. UFC is coming to Manchester next month. It's a pay per view in the States but is being shown live over here on BT Sports.
Now how is that WWE thread going on?

Must go and take a peek, if I can find it.

Conor McGregor made history in New York - becoming the first man to hold two UFC titles concurrently with a stunning second round knockout of Eddie Alvarez.
The Irishman added the lightweight belt to his featherweight title with a performance of devastating speed and power.
Alvarez was knocked down on three occasions in the first round at Madison Square Garden.
He survived until the second - but it wasn't long before he hit the canvas again.
McGregor finished off his opponent with a four-punch combination that brought the Garden to its feet and ensured history was made.

I'm surprised to hear that there was a vocal response from the crowd at MSG; after all, that is where the Knicks play, and the fans can watch such severe beatings two or three times a week.

The undefeated boxer Floyd Mayweather and two-weight UFC world champion Conor McGregor have agreed to a boxing match on August 26 in Las Vegas. The fight is expected to become the highest grossing event in the history of either sport. A bit of a circus but I'll go with Mayweather although I'll be rooting for McGregor.

SIN CITY. The undefeated boxer Floyd Mayweather beat two-weight UFC world champion Conor McGregor with a TKO in round 10. Anybody else think it was stopped a bit prematurely?

Conor McGregor back in action in about 5 or 6 hours against Donald 'Cowboy' Cerrone at the T-Mobile Arena on the Las Vegas strip. If McGregor loses, it is difficult to see where he goes from here. But I think he will win comfortably.

I'm not sure he does anything comfortably.
