Hey Spidey - damn glad to see ya!
You can change your profile name. Your password username stays the same, but your posted name changes. I changed mine to put caps and a space in. Spaz - er, Ned has instructions in this category. "Changing your user name" I think.

Hey there everyone! My name is Alan K. Hall, and I've been away from the old forum for ages - pretty much right after people started going off topic with their discussions. I'm back now though, and like many of you I've decided to use a different forum name. I've always liked "saturnboy" (the name from the very early XTC song of course - definitely NOT the old forum member from Alberta) and was thrilled to see it was available when signing in!
I'm looking forward to finding out what each of you think your favourite XTC album is! Best bassist? Favourite cassette release? Please just keep it on the topic of XTC though, OK? OK?

So you wouldn't know anything about Shrubbery? Harvesting? Shipments from Alberta to the US, generally Montana, specifically Missoula? Mid-March? To an 800 pound sarcastic curmudgeon soon to be visited by an old songwriter pal from San Diego and a Welshman from Australia? No? Pity. I must have had you pegged for someone else. Howdy there, Alan. Jeff Truzzi here. Damn glad to meet ya. And my favorite XTC song is "Ride Captain Ride."

Jeff - was Ride Captain Ride off of the "Murmur" LP, or the "Listen Like Thieves" LP? I just got their "Lexicon of Love" LP the other day but haven't had a chance to listen yet, so maybe it's on there?
Hello Peggy O!

I'm sticking with mine...
Oh, and is there a "View posts since last visit" type of button on here: can't see one at the moment.......?

Obviously, I've kept the same name. Better the devil you know !! Plus, it's nice seeing new "old" people here again.

I'm guessing that we'll have to do without the "view new posts" button. Maybe an option like that is in your profile?
I'm just on a short break on my kindle right now, can't investigate too thoroughly at the moment.

Ooooh. First multiple post... everyone might have an option to delete their own posts in the drop-down menu for such a case, maybe just for the most recent post in a thread. I would have to login to my reg member account to check.

Recent Threads * Recent Posts In red below "Threads & Posts" in lower left of main menu. You're welcome. I think this only applies to threads and posts of each member, not the entire board. Or maybe not. The folders that head each section of the board have 'new' on/in them when new content is available, and then each thread in that section has the same. Is that what you mean by viewing new posts since last visit, bimble?
