According to the informational plaque about the tannery the building was the factory as well as the family home. I don't want to image what it must've smelled like. Pee Eww!

This marker in my hometown is dedicated to the first car manufacturer in the United States run by a black owner. It is scenically located right next to an alley connecting a bank with a laundromat.

This also used to be the site of the town's only movie theater, The Rand, notorious for being infested with bats.

When I was down south I went to the Coca Cola World of Coke museum. they had an exhibit on New Coke and a tasting room of many international market only sodas and drinks they made. It was fun. People like to take a drink of Beverly and see how disgusting it was.
