Do Reese's Pieces and vodka count as dinner? Only if Gin + Tonic does. Seconds anyone?

Do Reese's Pieces and vodka count as dinner? Intro, is that a blended drink? Time for din-dins. Dang! It is 7:00pm! That is time to get the mail...I can't eat until I get the mail. It will give me time to decide which bag of frozen veggies I want to microwave.

My son, his girlfriend and I all chipped in for take-out Portuguese chicken, tonight. Very feasty. Improved by piri piri sauce. The other three children seemed very pleased, indeed.

Two home-made meat lasagnas for the Gang of Five.
I ate cereal. I'm not on good terms with ground pork and pepperoni. Or pasta.

It will give me time to decide which bag of frozen veggies I want to microwave. You could certainly make it a drink! I've had at a bar the house-made peanut butter liquor. And I've had at a now defunct restaurant (damn shame they had such nice drinks in the late 00's early 10's) a few "pie-tinis" which are what you think. Graham crackers and cream cheese or whatever appropriate for the filling, with strawberries for strawberry shortcake or apples and cinnamon etc... for apple pie plus the requisite vodka or whatever appropriate.

You can even turn popcorn flavor into a drink. I had popcorn flavored rum in a drink It was actually good. or Mind Your Peas and Q's which had pea puree (at the crazy bar PDT where you have to sneak in through the telephone booth by picking up the receiver and asking for admission, the booth itself in a hot dog place). The pea drink was also good. They know what they're doing there.

Graham crackers and cream cheese or whatever appropriate for the filling, with strawberries for strawberry shortcake or apples and cinnamon etc... for apple pie plus the requisite vodka or whatever appropriate. Bluey! The Coco's Restaurant (if you want to call it that, I think they do) near me had ice cream (Choc, strawb or vanilla) and a piece of pie mixed and served in a milkshake glass. The pie was still in nice chunky pieces, so it wasn't gross unless you left it on the counter and went back to eat it later. It goes in the freezer! That is my kind of drink...something that will make me sick enough to kill me, but more insidious than any other beverage. I think it cost $7.95 American, but that's what you'd pay for a fancy, blended booze drink if you went out, so not out of line with other beverages. I can't remember what I had for pie, but I most certainly had vanilla ice cream. Vanilla soft serve from Diaherrea Queen is my favorite if forced to eat ice cream. I was more adventurous about frozen treats when I was young, with grapefruit sherbet at 31 Flavores, Rocky Road, Coffee, and then a bunch of different sorbets (lemonade, watermelon, raspberry, Matcha
Now, I have put myself back on a pretty strict no goodies or salty snacks diet, for health reasons. Dammit.
At least I have the olden days of last Summer to reminisce about that probably Dutch Apple and Vanilla Ice Cream shake. *Sob*

That does look good. I too unfortunately have a necessity based restricted diet. Past eating was so good though.
