Terra Incognita you Big Silly! Personally, I think there is a Bizzotch in all of us. Some folks can filter out the worst bits and others are not so facile at that. Me, I am somewhere in between. Latelly, I've been a Pirate! R! Dumb joke time: What's a pirate's favorite element? Arrrrr-gon

This song says to me you can be unable to sleep due to fear of pending/possible earthquakes, not so much about home being warm and cozy. Isn't it funny how you can go for long periods of time without hearing a song and when it pops into your head it is less symbolic of a relationship and can express something else, entirely? I owe a debt of thanks to one (well a bunch of) but one specific college professor(s) who proposed it is not the author who defines the meaning of his/her prose or poetry-that meaning is defined by the person who reads the work. Plus, historical context clarifies meaning for some writing-all satire, which is political and the highest form of humor. Sometimes, I really miss those professors who opened my eyes to a lot of things. Language and Human Behavior was The Bomb! It was an English class! Anyway, sleep

Here's another from Mr. Andrew McMahon...In The Wilderness is his current incarnation, but he was in Something Corporate and Jack's Mannequin.

I know I thought of this song but I don't think I posted it here, yet. Thanks to Mr. Swainson for sending me the disc more than a decade ago. (It is a really good album!)
