I have figured out most of the albums represented in the convention banner at the top of the forum home page, but there are a couple of items that have me stumped. Help me out here, please. ? Pocket watch ? Guitar ? White area on the left side of the image Thanks.

1. Pocket watch - look at the time - it says - yes - 25 o'clock! 2. Guitar - apparently this instrument was used on some of XTC's records (I've listened carefully and I can't hear any, but I'm no expert) 3. White area - your imagination! It's whatever you want it to be - a big rainbow tuba, or some wine gum gibbons, perhaps. Glad to help. *hug*

I can only go by the current banner, but...R.E.M.--Green.

Andy once described this collection of songs as "a loco derailing itself in the rusty goods yard. An altogether more industrial affair. Slashing electric guitars, sheets of steel bass and diesel oil drums. An iron opera, steam powered and brick encased."
Name that album.

Sorry, that is not correct. But you aren't going home empty handed; you get the home version of the XTC Game. Thanks for playing.

I'll have to check with the judges to see if misspellings count.

Objections to the sexist imagery of the original cover cause Spinal Tap's label to choose a new cover with an all-black design.
Name that album.

I'm sorry--no one buzzed in in time. The correct answer is Pat Boone's Greatest Hits.
