It's lonely in here.
Hello? Hello? Is this thing on? Yes, Boxing day. Christmas madness and naked debauchery. Come join the fun.

Someone break out a 'gee-tar' and learn us a song.

I did have an Entomologist at work tell me a story of trying to track down proper notation for "Senses" recently. He got a librarian friend to help and he figures she must have had to connect one of our forums to get help...
I should have asked what he thought of "I'm Bugged"

We (the forums) may be small but we're scrappy.

I have it on good authority that the Shed is being refurbished.
Andy's shed, not this one.

Pity. This place could do with a lick of paint.

Anybody growing a vegetable garden this summer? I am. The tomatoes are doing better than usual. Got a few snap peas. The squash should do very well in this hot dry weather - we'll see. I'll report back after the harvest. Just writing this makes me hungry for fresh carrots.

I'll report back after the harvest. Just writing this makes me hungry for fresh carrots. So no adverse effects from all the ash from the fires? Some tomatoes are inadvertently growing next to one of the boxed planted by the orange tree. I have no idea how they got there. But I picked one, and it was delicious. The oranges have been going gang busters this year. Actually they grow pretty much all year round. The last of the old crop remains up high where they are harder to get, and the new crop is a couple of months away from being ready. I don't recall seeing any oranges in Montana.

I was a keen tomato grower until a couple of years ago. But lost my mojo for it these days. Amongst most other things. Must try and get motivated for next spring.
